Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jason Rajab.
Rajab is known to frequent the Coburg, St Albans, Mernda, and Melbourne CBD areas.
A warrant has been issued for the 42-year-old man’s arrest in relation to possession of drugs and failure to attend court.
Rajab is described as 180 centimetres tall, with brown eyes and short dark hair. He has several distinctive tattoos, including two swords on his left arm and Arabic writing on both forearms.
Investigators have released an image of Rajab in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Rajab is urged not to approach him and to contact triple-0 immediately.
