A 34-year-old Broadmeadows man has been remanded into custody following the discovery of a woman’s body in Dallas last month and the assault of three children in Broadmeadows on Monday.
The 34-year-old has been charged with one count of murder and three counts of intentionally cause injury.
He has been remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
The murder charge relates to the discovery of a 27-year-old Broadmeadows woman’s body in Hepburn Street in Dallas about 1.30pm on 17 June.
The other charges relate to the alleged assault of three children, a 6-year-old boy, 4-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl, at a Cohuna Street residence in Broadmeadows on Monday.
