A Kings Park man has been charged following a collision at Deer Park last year that killed a Broadmeadows man.
The 35-year-old man has been charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.
The charges follow a fatal crash on the Western Ring Road on September 21 about 1am.
A 27-year-old Broadmeadows man died after it is alleged, he was changing a car tyre on the side of the road when he was struck by a car.
The Kings Park man has been bailed to appear before court this week.
