The Sydney Road Greensborough-bound entry ramp to the M80 Ring Road will close nightly until Thursday, February 10.
The closure will allow crews to work on the M80 upgrade.
The ramp will be closed from 9pm-5am.
A detour will be in place via Mahoneys Road, with motorists able to enter the M80 at Edgars Road.
To reach the Hume Freeway, use Sydney Road and Cooper Street.
