Two M80 Ring Road entry ramps and one exit ramp will close nightly from Sunday, January 30 to Thursday, February 3.
The Department of Transport is advising that the Altona-bound exit to the Hume Freeway will close between 10pm and 4am.
Motorists are advised to take the Sydney Road exit and travel north to Cooper Street to access the Hume Freeway.
The Altona-bound entry ramp from the Hume Freeway will also be closed between 10pm and 5am.
Motorists should head Greensborough-bound, exit at Dalton Road and U-turn back onto the M80 Altona-bound. Alternatively, they should exit the Hume Freeway at Cooper Street and use Sydney Road to reach the M80.
The Altona-bound entry ramp from Edgars Road will be closed between 9pm and 5am. A detour via Edgars, Mahoneys and Sydney roads will be in place.
The closures are part of the M80 upgrade.
