Hume marks World Toilet Day with new facilities

Hume council marked World Toilet Day yesterday by celebrating new public toilets set to be established across the municipality.

“These toilets are automated, come equipped with lighting and timed locks and are vandalism resistant – and you can expect to see them popping up… in 2021-22.”

The reserves that residents can expect to see new facilities at included; DS Aitken Reserve; Progress Reserve; Greenvale Recreation Reserve; Highgate Recreation Reserve; Vantage Boulevard Reserve; Hume Tennis & Community Centre; and Derby Street Reserve.
