Hume council has outlined the changes to services and facilities for the holiday period.
Waste services such as kerbside collections will remain the same as Council is working through the public holidays, and the Resource Recovery Centres will only be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Youth Services will be closed from Friday, December 24 and reopen Tuesday, January 4.
Children’s Services (Long Day Care and Occasional Care) will close from Thursday, December 23 and reopen Tuesday, January 4.
Splash Aqua Park and Leisure Centre in Craigieburn, Broadmeadows Aquatic and Leisure Centre, and Sunbury Aquatic and Leisure Centre will have altered hours of operation between Thursday, December 23 and Monday, January 3.
Hume libraries, global learning centres and customer service centres will also have altered hours between the same dates.
All facilities will be closed on Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25.
STARTNORTH will be open throughout the holiday period, although will be unstaffed between Saturday, December 25 and Monday, January 3.
