Gladstone Park Primary School has received new classrooms and school facilities to learn in as part of a state government initiative.
Member for Sunbury Josh Bull visited the school on Monday (May 2) to officially open its $2.5 million upgrade, which includes four classrooms, teacher workspaces, withdrawal spaces and learning resources storage.
Principal Tony Malgioglio took Mr Bull on a tour of the new facilities accompanied by the school’s student leaders.
Mr Bull said the delivery of learning facilities was imperative to the school system.
“It’s important that all schools in Victoria have great classrooms and places to learn,” he said.
“These upgrades are part of the school building boom that is happening right across the Sunbury electorate and across Victoria.”
