Four injured in Roxburgh Park shooting

Police are appealing for information after a shooting incident in Roxburgh Park this morning.

The incident left two teenagers with gun-shot wounds and two men with facial injuries.

Leading Senior-Constable Melissa Seach said emergency services were called to Orion Way soon after 2.30am, finding two males with gun-shot wounds to their legs.

The teenagers, from Roxburgh Park and aged 16 and 18, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Two 20-year-old men from Dallas sustained facial injuries.

Armed Crime Squad detectives are investigating the incident and believe it to be a targeted attack.

They do not believe it is linked to shooting outside a Roxburgh Park house on Coronet Avenue on Wednesday that resulted in the death of a 21-year-old man.

Anyone with information about this morning’s shootings is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
