A forklift exploded at the Epping wholesale market on Thursday morning.
The probable cause was a faulty gas connection on the LPG-powered forklift.
Worksafe was investigating the incident.
The fire brigade arrived on the scene within five minutes and the fire was quickly extinguished. Nobody was injured during the incident.
