A factory in Campbellfield has suffered significant damage following a fire on Monday afternoon.
Fire crews attended the Bolinda Road factory after receiving multiple calls about 4.35pm/
Aerial appliances were setup to reach the seat of the fire as the factory had sustained roof structural collapse, and a rear brick wall of the factory had become unstable at the height of the blaze.
The fire was deemed under control about an hour later.
One person was treated by fire crews on scene before being handed over to Ambulance Victoria when they arrived.
The cause has been established as a worker using cutting equipment inside the building, which produced sparks igniting nearby flammable material.
