A man has died after being crushed while operating machinery at an Epping metal fabricator on Friday.
WorkSafe believes the 46-year-old was using a turret punch when he became trapped between the machine and a workbench.
WorkSafe is investigating the incident.
The workplace fatality total for 2021 is now at four.
