Craigieburn Road works continue

Work is continuing on the removal of the Craigieburn and Mickleham roads roundabout, with Major Road Projects Victoria crews about to commence removing old drainage pipes at the intersection.

According to MRPV, crews will remove the pipes, lay new stormwater drainage pipes, continue excavation and start electrical work for traffic and street lighting over the next week.

As part of the Craigieburn Road upgrade, Debonair Parade in Craigieburn will be closed in both directions between Craigieburn Road and Dapper Way until 5pm on Tuesday.

During this time, access to and from Debonair Parade will be from Vantage Boulevard and Gallantry Avenue.

One southbound lane on the Hume Highway at Craigieburn Road will also be closed.

The lane will be shut between 9.30am and 2.30pm from Tuesday until Friday.
