Craigieburn pop-up COVID-19 vaccine clinics

Two pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics are opening in Craigieburn this week.

In a post to the Hume City Council Facebook page, the council announced the clinics would open on Monday and Tuesday afternoon.

“Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 protects you, your loved ones and our whole community,” the post said.

The pop-ups will be open at Aitken Hill Community Centre on Monday, December 6 from 3.30pm until 6.30pm, and at Newbury Child and Community Centre on Tuesday, December 7 between 3pm and 7pm.

Both clinics are walk-in only.

The council said the Pfizer vaccine will be available to anyone aged 12 years and older for first, second and booster vaccination shots.

Second doses are available if it has been at least three weeks since the first dose.

Booster shots are available if you’re 18 years of age or older, and if it’s been more than six months since your second dose.
