Craigieburn groups to benefit from movie night

Hundreds of families will flock to Craigieburn next month for the annual Highlands movie night.

Organised by Highlands Residents Association, the open-air cinema will include a screening of Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie, as well as a barbecue, children’s activities and music.

The movie night raises money for events run by the residents group, Craigieburn Scouts and local charities.

Highlands Residents Group president Stuart Hodgson said the movie night, now in its fifth year, is very popular with the community.

“The response from the community has been fantastic,” he said,

It’s on Saturday, February 11, 7-10.30pm at North Shore Drive Craigieburn.
