Craigieburn’s Anzac Park will be a hive of activity from noon today when the Craigieburn Festival returns to the park after the pandemic resulted in the cancellation of last year’s event.
The popular festival will feature live entertainment, food trucks, free interactive play spaces and activities, children’s carnival rides and performances from local and acclaimed artists and musicians.
Festival-goers will also be able to try their hand at a range of sports and games in the active zone, visit the petting zoo or the fun reptile encounter, and explore artwork as part of the Craigieburn Art Show at the Hume Global Learning Centre.
The festival will finish with a big bang, with fireworks set to conclude the event at 9pm.
