Motorists in Whittlesea should prepare for disruptions to traffic on their route, with road construction routes impacting Bridge Inn Road this week.
Works will be taking place until Friday, January 28 that will require lanes to be closed in both directions between Plenty Road and Station Road in Mernda.
On both weekdays and weekends, the works will occur between 5am and 12am.
The speed limit will be altered during works, reduced to 40 km/h.
