Police have charged a driver following a fatal collision in Epping last week.
Emergency services were called to reports a car had collided with a parked truck on Jersey Drive about 2.05pm on April 11.
The passenger of the car, a 49-year-old Viewbank man, died at the scene.
The driver, a 41-year-old Wallan man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but has since been discharged.
The truck driver was uninjured.
Police on Wednesday charged the driver of the car with dangerous driving causing death.
He has been bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on April 17.
