Baby yoga in Craigieburn

Craigieburn Library is hosting a baby and parent/guardian yoga session on Tuesday, June 7 from 2-3pm.

Practice gentle stretches and yoga flows together at this event. Yoga mats provided.

Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum with a doctors go ahead to begin exercise.

Bookings are essential.

Each ticket admits 1 x baby + their parent or guardian
