To commemorate Anzac Day next Tuesday, April 25, Hume will hold a number of local services to give the community an opportunity to pause and reflect on the service and sacrifice of those who have served our country and continue to serve today.
Craigieburn services
There will be a 6am dawn service and a 10am service at Craigieburn War Memorial in Craigieburn ANZAC Park, hosted by the Craigieburn War Memorial and Remembrance Committee.
A short march around the park will begin at 9.55am.
Westmeadows service
There will be a 6am dawn service at the Westmeadows War Memorial hosted by the Tullapark Scouts.
Bulla service
There will be an 8.30am service at the Bulla War Memorial hosted by the Bulla Garden Club.
Sunbury services
There will be a 6am dawn service and a 10am service at the Sunbury War Memorial Cenotaph, hosted by the Sunbury RSL Sub-Branch.
A march will begin at 9.50am from the Sunbury Post Office on Evans Street.
