The annual event will feature carnival rides, roving entertainers and free kids’ activities including face-painting, a circus workshop, puppet activities and an animal farm.
There will also be live music throughout the day from a variety of musicians including Byron Bay singer and songwriter Kyle Lionhart, who will headline the event. Other performers include Viktoria K, InSync Entertainment and Denzil Para.
Several food trucks, including Curly Suds, Little Waffle Empire, and Airport Ice Cream, will be in attendance.
An active zone will be set up featuring Upfield Soccer Club, Craigieburn Little Athletics, Hume Bombers Football Club and Fernwood Fitness, while there will also be stalls from community groups such as Banksia Gardens and Second Chance Animal Rescue.
The festival will conclude with fireworks, which will follow the CFA Torchlight Parade.
