A South Morang man who was pulled over by police for running a red light was found with weapons, drugs and fireworks in his car.
The 34-year-old man faced an out-of-sessions hearing on Thursday afternoon for running a red light that same day.
Senior Constable Adam West said David Marks will appear before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday facing charges of trafficking a drug of dependence, possessing a drug of dependence, possessing a prohibited weapon, possessing explosives and numerous traffic charges.
