Marc of respect a key in football circles

Carlton captain Marc Murphy visited Oak Park and Epping last week in his role as a MacPack ambassador.

The work of Murphy and other AFL player-ambassadors, including Scott Pendlebury, Tom Hawkins and Jack Riewoldt, involves teaching aspiring young footballers such as Marcus, 8 (pictured with Murphy), about good sportsmanship and being active.

The ambassador program, which includes online chat sessions, is sponsored by McDonald’s.
