Waterdale youth theatre stars are preparing to share the stage with some felt friends in their latest production.

The not-for-profit, volunteer theatre group is putting on four shows of the acclaimed musical, Avenue Q later this month.

The musical, which is known for its use of puppets alongside actors, addresses the issues and anxieties associated with entering adulthood.

Youth theatre group, Waterdale, is putting on a production of the musical Avenue Q in June.

Director Daniel Copper says the musical is a brilliantly funny and genuinely heartfelt show.

“We have a truly amazing cast who put their heart and soul in everything they do,” he says.
