Tony, a resident at Melba Vale Country Club moved with his wife to the village from Roxburgh Park Park/Glenroy.

“ I was still working but wanted to downsize and live in a gated safe community. We can now travel and not worry about upkeep/security and even our mail is collected when we are away,“ Tony said.

“We enjoy the barbecues, happy hours and having our own bar and pool table. We have made great friends and enjoy all of the social events like playing bowls and movie nights when we choose. Our family are thrilled with the beautiful units and love to visit as we have great size bedrooms, living area and community facilities.“

Take a tour of the Melba Vale facilities, which boast a magnificent Community Centre that houses a hairdressing salon, library, theatre room and bar. Other facilities include a gym and an outdoor bowls rink.

The Country Club is staffed by onsite management and has a 24 hr emergency call system. The Country Club bus also commutes residents on shopping trips and social outings.

Village manager for the Country Club, Gregory Nicholls, welcomes inspections Mon – Fri 10am – 4pm or by private appointment. Visit Melba Vale on-line at melbavale.com.au or contact Gregory today for a private tour on FreeCall 1800 503 225.
