Skate competition

Show off your skate skills at Epping Skate Escape on Saturday, November 26, Meadowglen Reserve, 156-176 McDonalds Road, Epping. There will be a scooter competition to start the action at 10.30am, a BMX competition at noon and a skate competition at 2.30pm for various age groups. There will also be a jumping castle and food stalls. The event is funded by FReeZa.

Art exhibition

Al Siraat College students’ creativity will be on display on Friday, November 18, 2.30-5.30pm, at 45 Harvest Road, Epping. Browse through the exhibition, and art and craft stalls, grab some food or get a henna tattoo.

Native wildlife in your garden

Learn how to encourage native animals to your garden – and discourage possums – at Whittlesea library, 57-61 Laurel Street, Whittlesea, on Saturday, November 19, 11.30am-12.30pm.
