Work start on temporary home for Whittlesea Community Activity Centre tenants

CONSTRUCTION has started on two new relocatable buildings which will house tenants of the Whittlesea Community Activity Centre during its $7million development.

Investa Property Group recently presented $300,000 towards the project with funds to be used to help build a memorial hall in the new centre in tribute to those who lost their lives in the 2009 bushfires.

Kindergarten and childcare services are expected to move in July.
