Equestrian parades were a highlight at the launch of the undercover equestrian arena at Bundoora Park last week.
The arena was built with $60,000 from Sport and Recreation Victoria, $30,000 from Darebin Council and $70,000 from Riding Develops Abilities.
Bundoora Park RDA provided an extra $30,000 for the fit-out and landscaping.
In 2009, $70,000 was donated towards the cost of the arena by Sydneysider Albert Bertini as part of the television program Secret Millionaire.
