Bonus payment
Pensioners in the federal Scullin electorate will get more money through income support bonus payments. MHR Harry Jenkins said 9500 residents would get extra payments to help with unexpected costs such as medical bills.

Lalor’s Our Time Playgroup for children of parents with a mental illness was awarded Playgroup Victoria’s group of the month for providing a safe place for families to strengthen relationships. The group meets weekly and has a mental health clinician, parent resource worker and parent peer leader.

Whittlesea council is running a children’s clothing and toy swap party this Friday, March 8, at 7pm at the Mernda Village Community Activity Centre, 70 Mernda Village Drive.
