The fourth and final residential development at Bundoora’s University Hill will have its own cafe and uninterrupted views of Princeton Park.
Construction of the 52 Peppercorn apartments, built over three levels, starts this week, according to Richard Johnston, the general manager of developer MAB.
“We want residents at University Hill to be part of a community with great infrastructure and services close by,” Johnston says.
“Much of our vision has been achieved, with the area already home to 1200 residents and employing upwards of 1500 people.”
