South Morang mother Christine Wheatley (pictured with sons Asher, Sam and Jonathan) will take on the role of Superwoman for the Marvel Kids Run on July 20.
The boys, aged four to seven, will dress as their favourite superheroes – Captain America, Iron Man and Spider-Man – for the three-kilometre Run Melbourne event.
“It’s not a competitive thing,” Wheatley says. “Just getting them to move around is important.”
The Marvel Kids Run, for children aged four to 14, starts at 10am in Alexandra Gardens and finishes at Birrarung Marr.
