Traffic disruptions for Epping

Motorists are urged to allow for extra travel time from Wednesday 29 October as multiple road closures and lane reductions are in place across Epping as part of the ongoing Epping Road upgrades.

Traffic is expected to be impacted on Epping Road between Harvest Home Road and O’Herns Road, with lane closures and traffic holds scheduled from 7am to 5.30pm. Delays of up to 20 minutes are expected, and traffic controllers will guide vehicles through the area.

Lyndarum Drive will be closed between Epping Road and Kyabrum Street from 7am to 5.30pm. Pedestrian access will remain open, and parking will be available nearby via streets including Northfields, Mansfield and Kyabrum.

Hayston Boulevard will operate as left-in, left-out only at Epping Road during the day, and drivers can expect further delays of more than 10 minutes on both Hayston Boulevard and Lyndarum Drive due to Major Road Projects Victoria works.

Speed limits will be reduced to 40km/h in affected areas.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, use alternative routes where possible, and allow extra time when travelling through Epping on Wednesday.
