Two arrested for Bundoora burglary

Police have charged two people in relation to an alleged burglary in Bundoora on 27 July, after executing a search warrant at a property on Dandenong Road in Caulfield North on 10 October.

They arrested a 41-year-old man and 32-year-old woman and seized a number of items, including a Ford Mustang allegedly stolen from Fifer Rise in Bundoora on 27 July, a Toyota Hilux allegedly stolen from Flinders Lane in Melbourne on 19 August, a Harley Davidson motorcycle with allegedly cloned plates, a firearm, and alleged traffickable quantities of methylamphetamine, cocaine and 1,4-butanediol.

Both the man and woman were charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, prohibited possession of a Cat A or Cat B firearm, trafficking methylamphetamine, two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and disqualified driving.

Both were bailed to appear at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court on 12 December.
