Motorists are being urged to plan ahead, with several road closures and delays expected to disrupt traffic iin Epping over the coming weeks as part of the Epping Road upgrade.
The intersection of Epping Road and Craigieburn Road East will be closed from 8.30pm on Friday, October 17 until 5am on Monday, October 20.
Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time during the weekend shutdown.
Other works along Epping Road, between Memorial Avenue in Epping and Craigieburn Road in Wollert, will continue until October 17, with reduced speed limits and minor traffic delays expected.
All closures are part of Victoria’s Big Build project, with authorities urging drivers to stay alert and follow detour signs.
