Greenvale pair arrested for drug trafficking

A 27-year-old Greenvale man has been charged and a 28-year-old Greenvale woman questioned on suspicion of trafficking of drugs via domestic mail.

Police executed a search warrant at a property on Rifure Court, Greenvale on September 12.

A significant search of the Greenvale property was undertaken with police seizing about 14 kilograms of drugs believed to be MDMA, four firearms, ammunition, a large amount of cash, pill presses and a range of drug packaging and equipment.

The investigation commenced last month after police received information about suspicious items being sent via domestic mail.
