Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Elif Delikcan who is known to visit the Hume and Whittlesea areas.
The 35-year-old is wanted on warrant for deception offences and breaching a court order.
Delikcan is described as Middle Eastern in appearance, 168cm tall, of medium build, with brown eyes and dark hair.
She is known to frequent the Broadmeadows, Sunbury, Epping, Bundoora and Wollert areas.
Investigators have released an image of Delikcan in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
