A structural fire broke out at a charcoal chicken shop at Craigieburn Central this morning.
Firefighters were called to the scene.
The Coles quadrant of the centre was shut as a result.
There are still three fire trucks at the scene.
It is the recommendation of Crime Watch Victoria that both vehicle and pedestrian traffic avoid the area until emergency services have left the location.
