Foster care information session

Anglicare Victoria will host an online foster care information session for people interested in learning more about becoming a foster carer.

Foster caring is an opportunity to provide a safe and supportive home for children when they cannot be with their family.

The number of children in out-of-home care increased seven per cent between 2017 and 2020, according to Australian Institute of Health and Welfare data released in May last year.

The information session is on Tuesday, February 22.
