Hume council and the Friends of Malcolm Creek and Grasslands will conduct a bird count at the wetlands on Sunday, October 26. Meet corner Windrock Avenue and Centennial Park Drive (Melway 386 G5). Field guides and some binoculars available, but bring your own if you have them.

Live with the Legends

Sunbury Wine and Food Festival returns on Sunday, October 26, 11am-5pm, at Living Legends, 207 Oaklands Road, Greenvale, home of retired racehorse champions. The festival stage will be buzzing all day with music from Lisa Edwards as well as Buddy England and the Vi-Queenz. Courtesy buses run throughout the day. Adults $20 online; $25 at the gate; under 16 free.
