Teachers elevating their expertise

Elevation Secondary School in Craigieburn has celebrated two of its own who were accepted into the inaugural cohort of the Teaching Excellence Program (TEP).

The TEP will enable teachers to advance their expertise through access to the latest research, explorations in the science of learning and discipline-based pedagogical content knowledge.

In a post to the Elevation Secondary School Facebook page, teachers Meg Nicholas and Brandon Isaac were congratulated for being accepted into the program.

“The Teaching Excellence Program is a select entry program for Victorian Teachers, the flagship program of the new Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership,” the post said.

“Meg and Brandon were accepted from an enormous field of applicants from across the state.

“We are proud of this achievement and know they will make Elevation proud through their involvement.”
