Witness appeal after South Morang up-skirting incidents

Police are appealing for public assistance following two up-skirting incidents in South Morang in August.

Investigators have been told a man entered the change room at two clothing stores at a shopping centre between 2pm and 3pm on August 1.

Whilst in the change room, he placed his phone on the ground with the camera pointed toward the victim in the adjoining change room, police said.

Investigators have released an image and CCTV of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He is perceived to be Middle Eastern in appearance, aged in his late 30s to 40s, with a shaved head and a solid build.

He was wearing a black jacket, dark top, dark jeans, black face mask and beige boots at the time.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report at www.crimestoppers.com.au
