Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Mernda man Atanos Lazarov.
Police said the 30-year-old is wanted on a warrant for assault related matters.
Mr Lazarov is known to frequent the Lalor and Mernda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Mr Lazarov in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
