Two men charged with attempted murder following Campbellfield stabbing

Two men have been charged with attempted murder following an alleged stabbing in Campbellfield late last week.

The pair, aged 30 and 23 years old, have each been charged with one count of attempted murder, conduct endangering serious injury and other assault-related charges by Hume Crime Investigation Unit detectives.

The charges follow a confrontation outside a Somerset Road address on Thursday, February 11, between a group of people who are believed to know each other.

He appeared before court and was remanded to appear before Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 11.

A 23-year-old Roxburgh Park man was arrested yesterday and appeared before Melbourne Magistrates Court late last night.

He was remanded to reappear in court today.
