The $1 million Lotto winner from Gladstone Park has been found, and he says his winnings could not have been timed better.
The Gladstone Park man has shared his disbelief with an official from The Lott this morning.
“When I checked my ticket on the app this morning the loveliest surprise popped up,” he said.
“I have just recently retired so I have all the time in the world to really enjoy it.”
The newly-minted millionaire said that he was looking forward to helping out his family with his winnings.
“I will be able to help out my children, they will certainly benefit,” he said.
“This is amazing. I have been playing for such a long time so to finally have a big win, it’s incredible.”
Across Australia, there were three winning division one entries for the Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw on Wednesday, February 3.
