A red ribbon was cut to officially open the long-awaited Hume GP Super Clinic in Broadmeadows last Monday.
Operated by Dianella Community Health, the $12 million centre in Coleraine Street is a one-stop shop with doctors, pathologists, a pharmacy, physiotherapist, dietitians, counsellors, podiatry and occupational therapists on hand.
The centre is now open for business and offers bulk-billing, after-hours services and same-day appointments.
Despite a break-in a week before the opening, when a television set and audio system were stolen, the show went ahead in the presence of local dignitaries.
The Hume GP Super Clinic is at 42-48 Coleraine Street, Broadmeadows.
